• We accept returns for any reason for a refund subject to a 20% re-stock fee within 7 days of physically possessing the item.
• You have 1 week "in hands" to return the instrument. What this means is a week from the moment the item is delivered to the moment you ship the item back to us. This allows you enough time to determine if the item is what you wanted and is in good working order. If you are going to return an item, please let us know so we can have your refund ready to go once the item arrives.
• The item needs to be returned in new condition. If an item is damaged in shipping please let us know ASAP and save all the packing.
• We do not accept returns if the item is damaged.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping or they may return it to any of our locations. If an item is defective please call us at 1-800-282-9011 and we will make arrangements with the manufacturer.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on red tag or close-out sale items.
• We do not accept any returns or exchanges on software, any consumable liquid that has been opened, microphones, reeds, and mouth pieces, harmonicas, strings, recorders, drum heads or in-ear monitors for sanitary reasons.
• All used merchandise is sold "as-is" with no warranty.
Please contact us first to get a Return Authorization number. You will need this or your package will not be accepted and sent back to you. From there, you can send the product back to our store. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
